Real-life Perk-A-Cola vending machines take fans straight into the Call of Duty universe.
To drum up excitement for the launch of Zombies in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Activison wanted a surprising way to show up for fans at their in-person COD Next event in LA. We worked with Activision and Liquid Death (a perfectly apt beverage of choice) to bring the apocalyptic, uber-creepy world of Zombie mode to influencers on-site, by building iconic vending machines from previous maps. Jugger-nog, Speed Cola, and Deadshot Daiquiri are all 1:1 replicas of the Perk-A-Cola machines that fans know and love from past COD releases. Beverages were dispensed with eerie lighting, fog, and sound effects.
