During this pandemic, we’re applying our creative engineering expertise to some exploratory work in an initiative called Cabin Fever. 

Our remote engineering workforce has been prototyping inventive solutions to problems we face in quarantine. Some of those projects are aiming to help solve real challenges that the medical community is facing. These include prototypes for medical equipment to protect healthcare professionals in critical care situations and tools to safely extend the longevity of PPEs.

Other work under Cabin Fever consists of maker projects that provide help, solutions, or just a little bit of joy. These are at-home, DIY projects that address timely topics like handwashing, remote work, and social distancing.
