Computer science made playful: 8-bit arcade games delight at Google’s Coding Carnival.

Highlighting their support of Computer Science education across the country, Google tapped us to create accessible, family-friendly games for their Coding Carnival at the Iowa State Fair. Corn Catcher and Cookie Scoop taught kids the basics of sequences and showcased how beneficial coding skills are, regardless of future career choice. Attendees had fun, saw CS in a new light, and left with a better understanding of how Google gives back to the community.
