The safest holiday sweater of 2020 sounds a SimpliSafe alarm when friends and family stand too close.
With social distancing in full effect during the pandemic, home security innovator SimpliSafe wanted to give people a playful way to protect themselves during the holidays. So we engineered the only holiday sweater designed to keep loved ones apart while together. This festive attire features integrated motion sensors that trigger a SimpliSafe siren and flashing LEDs whenever someone gets within six feet, reminding them to keep their distance. We produced a limited run and released DIY instructions, inviting tech enthusiasts to make their own and help raise money for NeighborWorks America’s affordable housing programs.
